Garage to Mudroom Conversion

We took a bay from an existing three car garage and converted it into a mudroom with new built-ins for storage. The stairwell from upstairs was originally closed in, so we opened that out to create a greater sense of space. A closet with a sliding barn door was added at the back, we added flooring and insulation, and voila! A functional, usable space from a plain old garage bay.
